I am really trying to clean up my diet since my LPR went crazy--eliminating spciy foods, no citrus, no food after 6:00 at night, blah, blah, blah. However, I really don't want to give up my one cup of coffee in the morning..
Does anyone here still drink a cup in the morning? Do you think all brands are equal--meaning they are all equally acidic? And do you think just one cup will be a problem with my LPR or do you think it will keep my symptoms acting up? Thanks

Well, I've become addicted to Star Bucks and if you think that ain't hard to come off of, think again. Knowing as soon as I finish, I'm going to have a coughing fit. Haven't figured out why Coke doesn't cause this? Has to be the amt of caffine.
