All I can say is....HELP!

Since getting off of birth control I have a period every two weeks. I dont know why and the 5 docs I have been to dont seem to give me an answer either! I have been doing this for 6 months now! I thought I just needed time to regulate but this is getting very old!

Is there anything that I can take to help lengthen/regulate my period??? I heard taking Vitamin B6 after you stop your period will help your luteal phase lengthen.... is this correct?

Someone please help! I am sooo stressed over this

Thanks

When it was felt that my hormones may be out of whack (causing headaches) and the cause of heavy menstrual periods, I was advised to begin taking 2 500 mg tablets of Chaste Tree daily, and to cease these for 7 days when I had a period. I recommend visiting a nutritionist or similar expert in your area to see if this may be a benefit to you in helping to regulate your periods. I am now experiencing lighter periods as a result.
