43 history of FM,BOWEL OBSTRUCTION, IBS AND 2 C-SECTIONS. last few days yellow poo, rapid pulse only when I lay down and pain in upper right shoulder black like a pin stabbing me off and on. loose bowels off and on sometimes pain in upper part of abdomen just by my ribs. have had numerous blood test, ct scans but nothing comes back just that my cholestrol is a little high bad cholestrol 137 good cholestrol 41. Any idea what is going on.
