those past few days i had some bad days at work, too much problems to much stress... yesterday at work at went to the bathrooms and while looking to the mirrors i saw my eyes soooo red ...i was so afraid .....donna know ...does this a sign of a future problem/sickness ...any info guys

I don't know much on the subject, but it could be caused by stress and if you are tired or not getting enough sleep. Maybe try using some eyes cleanser and if that doesn't work, possibly see a doctor.

Red eyes are probably caused from an irritation of some sort. Do you have allergies? Are you on the computer a lot? Are you getting enough sleep? Even reading a lot can cause eye strain and make your eyes appear red. I'd probably try some artificial tears and if you're not better in a couple days, you should contact your eye doctor.
