BlueIsland 10-03-2003, 11:09 AM Haven't taken my b/p for about 3 weeks. Quit drinking alcohol during the week at that time. Took it today... 113/66. Lifestyle changes do work. I will continue to take Lotrel & xanax until I see my doc. in 2 weeks. If it can be 113/66 in the morning, it should be very low in the evening.... Either way, I'm happy.
