Haven't taken my b/p for about 3 weeks. Quit drinking alcohol during the week at that time. Took it today... 113/66. Lifestyle changes do work. I will continue to take Lotrel & xanax until I see my doc. in 2 weeks. If it can be 113/66 in the morning, it should be very low in the evening.... Either way, I'm happy.

I am new to all this so forgive my ignorance, first post was yesterday. My brother is on Lotrel for BP. Were you on something else for BP?
