what can I do if my iron is too high?

I used to volunteer at the Red Cross and we had people who used to come in to donate blood BECAUSE their iron was too high. Check with your doctor. This might be of interest to you.

Kim, have you received any help yet? A high serum ferritin level (over 300) can mean hemochromatosis. I have it and if that is what you have, I can relate my story to you.
