First write down on a calender how you feel everyday.

Look up the definition of Bi-polar.

Bi-polar has two parts.
1 manic
2 depression

If you sometimes feel depressed then start to feel on top of the world, spend money and talk like crazy ect, that's the manic part.

!st look into all definations about it.
then talk to a pshc Doc. NOT a regular Doc.

Know that if you decide to get on Med's it takes a really long time to get the right ones.
