Yes, but it will take a lot of dedication. Can you give a little more info? How old is baby now? Were you exclusively breastfeeding?

Were you pumping before? The only reason I can think of that you WOULDN'T be able to is if you don't have enough of a supply....

You might have to see your doctor to get some hormones to get your milk supply up, but I have heard of women BFing babies they have adopted so I would imagine it is possible.
