I have almost the same problem, only I usually go about every two days. My dad says to eat a whole head of cabbage to clean out the bowels, the lower intestine. I hate cabbage, but I'd be willing to do it if it helped me be more regular.

I almost have this same problem too. I dont have IBS but only go once every 3 or 4 days. I also eat alot so not sure how this happens. When I do go its so much i usally have to use a plunger. I also tend to go 2 or 3 times after the first time. I have a bad diet so im sure this is all my fault.
