Hey, I found several interesting articles on this, which is similar to LPR but might explain the aspiration better. All I know is that I have something no one can seem to figure out and it won't go away. I "Know" something is there and stuck because sometimes I can finally get a deep breath and bring up crud but it feels like it starts in my sinus coming down after being thrown from my esphogus. It's wearing me out tonight from being so short of breath and chest hurting. I need to get better to go and take care of my husband.

thanks for the info. It's late so I won't have time to reply to your other post or read up on this, as much as I'd like to. I'll do it tomorrow evening. Hospital food is bland but not bad at all. I hope you won't have to be spending too much time there and that your husband's surgery goes well. Try not to worry too much. Stress makes everything worse.
