Anyone got a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt because your breasts is either hurting and very engorged therefore the seatbelt makes it worst??? There is more to the story but just wondering if anyone beat this violation and got away with it when a proper explanation was heard by court. Please advice. Thanks.
