*Did your insurance cover it?If so, do you have to be "real" bad off to qualify....what exactly is the criteria?
*How many children do you have?
*Are you pleased with the results?Are you markedly tighter?

Yes. I had it years ago and it was covered; however, it was done simultaneously with a hysterectomy. I gave birth only once; however, my doctor recommended it. I was fine afterwards. Didn't feel a thing. DD;)
