Absolutely not. I'm in Canada and the only stipulation they have here is that you have to be between the ages of 9 and 26.

No no, they recommend young people (young girls, specifically) get the shots before they're sexually active so that when they do become sexually active, they'll at least be protected against the four main strains of it. That's all.

No, the four main strains include the two that most commonly cause warts and the two that most commonly cause cancer.
