View Full Version : I Need to Stop Worrying

Sorry in advance for the descriptions.

I guess the best way to do this is to write a list of what has been going on:
(1) I have to have a bowel movement like everytime I use the bathroom.
(2) These bowel movements are not soft, but they aren't hard either. They are closer to being hard than to being soft (if that makes any sense).
(3) They are not formed either. What comes out is a bunch of small pieces, about the size of a quarter.

I don't know if this means I'm constipated because all the definitions of constipation are fewer than 3 bowel movements a week and the need to strain to have a bowel movement. I do admit that I strain to go, but rarely.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Frequent bowel movements doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong with you. If your stools are bloody, black, painful, etc. they should cause you some alarm. Its probably something about your diet.
