Hi - has anyone had problems with sore areas on their head? I get sore lumps intermittently and also got them on the points of my shoulder blades recently. They go in about three days and there is nothing to see. I get sharp pains sometimes in my head and also have an ongoing intermittent dull pain over last 15 months on the rt side of my head around ear area. The skull area is often sore to touch there too. There is some jaw pain but not so often as the rest. I get some ear problems and have runny nose everytime I eat or drink anything. Have had rhinitis in the past and it comes back everytime I get a cold. Getting very fed up with it all. Has anyone had any of these symptoms????

I think you have a collection of different problems. I do think you have tension headaches, but there must also be other problems regarding the runny nose, etc. I think you should visit the doctor, actually, and get it all checked out. I'm sure it is nothing serious, but needs a check-up. There could be a very simple remedy.

Hi Carline your problems don't sound too
serious but they're probably annoying from
time to time. Are you currently taking any
vitamins? Do you eat breakfast? Try changing
your diet a little and eat some fruit when
your starting your day. Also reduce your sugar
intake and have more natural sugar like in
fruits and vegetables. If you slowly eat better from week to week with less sugar and
sweets you will notice a ever changing in
your health you'll get sick less often. Also
look into vitamins on the web and see what
you can find there is some good information
and some of it will be worth a try.If you change slowly your diet and get regular light
exercise you'll feel much better,aye.

I have the same kind of head pains. I have had them for a month now. It first started with pressure near the back of my head. Now it is pain in a specific spot on my head (left back). I feel ON and OFF a slight ear pain on my left also. My dr. thought it was neck problems radiating up into the head. I have had massage therapy and taken anti inflammatory drugs. Neither is working. She thought it was tension headaches....but what do you do for tension headaches? I take tylenol, rest...nothing works. It's worrisome. Any insight from your dr. apptmt you can shed for me...? I don't have the runny nose or jaw pain though.
