I have been getting a lot of head rushes and dizzy for a month now , expecially when I lay down or I look back quick or something. I drink a lot of water and eat fruits and stuff. What is this from usally?

Look up "vertigo."
There's tons of reasons for it.
It could even be an inner ear infection.
If it continues, you should see your doctor.
