I am in my mid 30 for the last year my wife tells me I masterbate in my sleep. I know it true because at times i wake up an have to clean up. Can some one tell my why this happens?

It is called sleep sex and is linked to an active dreaming state. You should do some research on it. I know others have posted here about it and there is alot of info on it. I have no libido thanks to my thyroid so that hasn't been an issue for me.
