For the past few months i have been having a very severe, constent headache. I am very lightheaded, and also have very annoying and painful facial swelling. My teeth feel like they are going to fall out all the time. By the way, noone can really tell that my face is swollen besides me and my teeth are not really loose. I am allergic to dust mites, but that is under control. I've had a CT and MRI; they both came up ok. I did get into a pretty bad car accident about eight months ago, and hit my head. I have had a concussion though. Is there anyone with the same symptoms I am having? Anyone have any ideas?

Ask for a sinus x-ray to rule out sinus infection as the constant headache, teeth pain and lightheadedness are all symptoms I notice when my sinuses flare up and I have a bad sinus infection. As you read my post press on the bones just under your eyes and the ones just above your eye. If they really hurt or ache when you press them it could very well be sinus related. As for the headaches being related to the accident........that's a possiblity as my brother had problems for quite a while after an accident he had. His symptoms were not as severe as yours though.
