I can't get it out of my head that i'm dying. It makes me so depressed and at 17 yrs old I feel like it's too early for me to go, and that I won't get the chance to live and get married and be that person I've dreamed of since I was little. I have some many physical symptoms it's crazy, but all my tests of the heart, brain, stomach and chest have came back good so why am I worrying so much/ please help. does anyone else feel this way? if so what are your symptoms?

You may have gotten a little better by now, which hopefully you did. I saw your post and I want you to know that I have been through the exact same things as you are going through. You just have to realize that all of this will pass and you will get your life back. If you have been through all of the tests you just have to make yourself believe that it is all you making yourself feel this way. I know that it is hard to do, but believe me it can be done. Things will get better just calm down when you feel ill and take a deep breath and try just as hard as you can to enjoy your life. I really hope that you are doing better and if not I really hope that you soon will. :jester:

I have gotten a little better since starting the klonopin. I haven't had any panic attacks but I still have everyday symptoms that vary from time to time. I just get that feeling that I am going to pass out in public and die and no one will be able to save me. I also think that the doctors are useless and can't help me out with anything. I have horrible problems with my bowels and my stomach whether its cramping acid reflex or just nausea it's all persistent and that just don't seem right with anxiety, the nausea yes, but it is severe and I NEVER throw up.

Man, i thought i was dying for the past 10 years! and i'm still alive. Point is, i really never heard about people "thinking" themselves to death. You know what i mean? Nobody ever thinks " i'm going to die" then ends up dying a minute or two later. Unless they are laying in a hospital bed with an illness, but the way you're thinking about it like it would be a sudden death. The brain is powerful, but i don't think it's powerful enough to kill you just from thoughts. Especially the way us people with anxiety/hypochondriacs think about it. I think i already posted in one of your other topics like this one about how if anything was wrong something would have come up in one of your numerous tests.

well i'm now getting tested for lyme and they are going to try and do something for my severe IBS and my pass out spells accompanied with it. I just hope everything is fine.
