View Full Version : Sinus Headache or Not

I've read some of the other postings, but would like to hear some feedback on my particular symptoms. I've had xray and CT of my sinuses which show nothing. I've had an MRI of my head-- also clear. Allergy testing has been negative. I wear a splint for TMJ which was diagnosed just about the same time the headaches started. They seem sinus in nature as I get alot of p-n drip after sleeping. Flonase seems to help. I get head pains in different areas almost always during the day -- every day -- only occasionally at night. Often the headaches go across the front of my forehead and come/go during the day. I've been dealing with this for 1+ years and am wondering where to turn next. Any advice??

Allergy test kits sometimes do not include industrial, commercial and other synthetic environmental allergens. Since your symptoms occur regularly, examine the environment and your activities related to these episodes. In an office building where the allergens may be circulating through the ventilation system, a small Hepa air purifier for your office may help.
