I see something that looks like a small white pimple at the base of my penis. It doesn't look like any of the online pics of genital warts I've seen but I realize the pics I've seen must be a "worst case scenario" type of deal.
Where can I get testing to be sure? My primary care physician apparently does not test for this. And also...what does the test entail?
I've already been tested for Herpes and HIV and tested negative for those.

U can go to plan parenthood and get tested for anything. Look it up online and find one close to where you live... but make sure u do get tested because its really important

pardon my ignorance, but isn't planned parenthood for women only? I always associated them with pregnancy/women.

Planned parenthood is part of the STD clinics... sexual health, basically.
Yeah, doctors don't test for HPV because it doesn't show up in the blood. It only shows up in the tissues it infects, making it hard to test for. So if you go to the clinic they'll diagnose it just by looking at it.
