okay so i bruch my teeth twice a day and i floss, yet my 2 front teeth seem to chip. the right one chipped a while back but ya know it wasnt a big deal, well now my left tooth chipped along the bottem. its not really obvious but i notice it. it bothers me and truthfully i cant afford to fix them! any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!

well,one thing you can try is drinking plenty milk which has plenty of calcium,also take calcium tablets ,you get them from the health shop.

but it does seem your teeth are lacking vitimins and calcium ,i have similar teeth crumbling ,but might be best to just make an appointment with dentist ,see what he can sugggest it might not be too expensive ? just go to a good dentist

It depends on what the actual "chip" looks like. It may be tooth decay. It may be from grinding your teeth at night while you are sleeping and unaware. It could be something else. In a case like this one should see a dentist for an exam. This is particularly so if it has been a while since your last exam.

As for taking calcium tablets and drinking milk? Sorry to say that it will not change anything for you as far as your teeth are concerned. Once they are completely formed you need to take care of them by good self care, watching your diet and other habits, and have regular exams.
