Does anyone else get this? Sometimes I will sleep ok but other times if I get up early (say 3:00/4:00) in the morning continually for days on end it starts to affect me and i will get nausea. It always seems to pop up when Im not sleeping well or if Im anxious about something and keep getting up & down all night the same thing will happen

I experience that myself. Randomly I will wake up feeling like that even if I have slept all night. Sometimes stress will aggravate it, or sometimes my Adderrall will cause it. It is funny though because it is never consistent. I take Adderrall 3 times a week for hypersomnia. Even if I take it real early, I can fall asleep but end up waking up around 3 or 4 like you describe. Then I am really achy and sick to my stomache. I think it is called sleep drunkeness. Have you been diagnosed with a sleep disorder? Do you take any medication that may be causing it? Are you having any other symptoms?

Sleeping disorders can also affect acid reflux and other stomach problems. Treating the sleeping disorder will often reduce the acid/stomach/nausea problems or eliminate them entirely.

Your symptoms strongly suggest a sleeping disorder.

Yes mine is inconsistent too but happening more & more over the past 3 months. The only thing different that I have been taking is either Benadryl or Tylenol PM which again I have been taking more often then ever before. Im wondering if this too has something to do with it at times. It also seems to happen every 3 or 4 weeks or so.
