nellie46 01-18-2008, 03:10 PM Well I just got back from the DR and we lost baby #3.....but babies 1 and 2 are doing wonderful.....Thank God for that but I'm still of course upset about my third angel. That just gives me one more baby to hold when I go meet my maker. Dr said it's probably for the best this way the other 2 have more room to be bigger later for delivery.
PrincessSweetNS 01-18-2008, 03:13 PM I'm sorry abotu baby 3, I really am. But I'm also glad that the other ones are still doing really well!! :D
Forgive me dearest, I must run, I am running behind. I don't mean to sound short, I will post to you Monday dearest!!!!!
XOXOXXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOOX
Namibia 01-18-2008, 03:14 PM Brandi I am so sorry to hear that you lost #3 but at least 1 & 2 are doing fine. I hope you have an uneventful pg further and that the twins continue to grow and be healthy. Thinking of you

TryN2BMommy 01-18-2008, 03:21 PM Hi Brandi,
So sorry to hear that baby #3 didn't make it. That is so sad. I hope hearing that the other 2 babies are doing so wonderfully will bring you some comfort. What the dr said makes sense that the first 2 babies will have an easier time & a much better chance at developing fully. Has the spotting stopped? Sending prayers your way for an uneventful remainder of your pg. How far along are you now?
Holly
nellie46 01-18-2008, 03:27 PM No I'm still spotting some and the Dr said I could for a few days but not to worry the other 2 are doing great.....my next appt is the 28th
douglasap8 01-18-2008, 03:48 PM Brandi, I'm sorry about baby #3. I'm sure it's never easy to loose a baby. But I'm so glad Dr. was able to reassure you that #1 and #2 are doing well. I hope you're able to have a relaxing weekend to help those two grow strong! - April
praying4us 01-18-2008, 03:58 PM Oh no, I am really sorry that you lost #3. I must ditto what everyone else is saying, its sad, but I am glad to hear that 1&2 are doing well and what your Dr said, that it is going to make it more comfy and safer for the two.
Take it easy!
twinkiezinger 01-18-2008, 04:13 PM Brandi, I too am so sorry to hear about baby #3. I can only imagine how sad this must feel for you, but you must do what's best now for baby #1 and #2, and it is very true what your doctor has said. Our bodies were really only intended to carry 1 baby at a time. Please know my heart goes out to you right now, and I pray everything else continues smoothly with the rest of your pregnancy.
Christin

jackstersmom 01-18-2008, 05:12 PM Hi Brandi, Just wanted to say that I'm sorry to hear about baby #3 too. I'm sure it's sad to lose little ones. What a roller coaster ride you've been on already! First one baby, then 2, then 3, now 2! I hope you don't have anymore surprises like that, unless of course they are happy ones. Here's to a much less uneventful pregnancy for you (and hopefully for me too!):) It's pretty neat that we're both going to have twins and not very far apart! I'm hoping to make it to July with my little ones and then I should be able to bring them home with me. I guess we'll see what happens. Good luck to you!
Cristy
Hi Brandi!
I am sorry to hear about baby #3. I know it is very sad. I am thrilled though that baby #1 and baby #2 are doing well. i hope the rest of this pregnancy goes smoothly without any more stress so that you can continue to nurture those two little babies until delivery. remind me again, when is your u/s at 20 weeks and will you find out the sexes?
want2beamama 01-19-2008, 09:58 AM Brandi,
I am so sorry for you. Try to focus your strength and energy on the 2 beautiful babies you will have!! They are a blessing!
Brandi and Cristy- do you mind my asking...did you do IUI or IVF and with what meds that you are P with multiples? Thank you!
jackstersmom 01-19-2008, 12:38 PM want2beamama: We did not do IUI or IVF, just BDing with Follistim injections. I had 2 good-sized follies and they both were fertilized. I believe Brandi just took Clomid and BDed to get hers.
Cristy
nellie46 01-21-2008, 08:35 AM yep just clomid as far a fertility well and metformin.....I don't have a 20 week appt set up....but I'm 9 weeks 2 days now and am also hoping to make it to July I'm not due til Aug 24 but Dr said July I am very thankful God is giving me even 2 angels to watch over for him.
