I seem to be nervous most of the time, even if im not doing anything or sometimes if im just talking to my mates.
I feel nauseous, and have a deep churning in my stomache that almost hurts, my palms sweat, i shake, i have flushes and sometimes get pins and needles and my voice shakes, my muscles tense up and i stutter, mumble or get my words mixed up. i also feel like i cant breathe as my chest feels tight.
i have previously had two panic attacks, one in a situation where i wasn't even under any stress.
I'm quite worried about it and i feel it holds me back a lot, but at the same time i think if i told my mum about it she'd just laugh, shrug it of and just say im just very shy. i dont know if i should look into this any further or just accept that im a nervous person. :(

You sound relatively young.
I think I would stress to your mum that you feel you need some help.
If you're in school, maybe a Guidance Counselor could help you.
If not, a General Practitioner could possibly evaluate you, and take it from there.
In today's world, anxiety is very common. But, "life" is a gift, and you probably have many talents to offer. Once you get past your anxiety, you'll enjoy just about everything better.
I urge you to seek help in one way or other.
Good luck & God Bless.
