:( I am going to be flying for 6 hrs. and needed something to cause me to sleep during the flight (small space, long flight), all bother me. I tried taking an ativan yesterday, and ....NOTHING!!!! I didn't even yawn........what do I do now????????????

How many milligrams was it? I can take 1 .5mg pill and it makes me sleep well.

My doc thinks 2 tabs of 1 miligram is ok in a stressful situation.

try xanax, it has a different effect
