well, only thing you can do,is eat on otherside of your mouth, probably soft food or soup at moment, dont think you feel like much else anyway

out a bit of water in your mouth and just gargle bit out rinsing your mouth out ,not too harsh though

i would normally say warm salt water gargle in but ive been told you shouldnt do that?

didnt the dentist tell you,or give you a note with do;'s and dont's?

but you mustnt clean your teeth or gargle properly until next day then gently only

mind you i cant see why you cant clean otherside of your teeth ,and gargle gently i always do .cant stand not cleaning my teeth

yes ,it is nerve racking after having a tooth extracted ,i am always the same
but unfortunalty i do smoke afterwards *eek* ive always been ok and never had any trouble

not that i advise you to smoke it really is best if you dont
but just eat on otherside ,and just put a bit of water in your mouth like i said ,and just gently spit out ,and tomorrow ,clean gently your teeth and gargle bit more but gently still for a few days

you can always after that clean throrough after that

try not to worry though you be ok
