When i moved into my new house in august the following day when i awoke up i started to feel stuffy , i had a very stuffy and noisey head, everytime i would move my head would swish, and my he ad would hurt, when i blow my nose there is always blood on it as it is hard to get the mucus out, the bridge of my nose is sore, preasured and my cheek bone is also sore and feels preasured, my eyes are watery, and this past week i am feeling very unwell, very weak and worrying, i have been like this on and of since ive moved in... antibiotics and nasel decongestants havent helped me at all.. and doc says anxiety isnt to do with it, and said it is an alergy, i dont understand though, as i dont have any pollen sorts of things near where i live and i dont have a cat or a bird or anything like that just a dog who i have had for years.... i dont understand what this could be.. any suggestions?

You may want to check your house for mold. Several molds can be toxic such as stachybotris, aspergillis, etc. The Home Depot sells kits that you can test for mold in your home. BigTex

you may still have mold if you have a basement...dont need to have an old house for that. i too am allergic to many things and find that in the winter when everything is closed up....i am more prone to sinus problems as well. try sleeping with a humidifier in your room. seems to help me. good luck

Hi, I know how you feel I have been going through the same thing for the past several months. My regular doctor sent me to see a neurologist. I seen this neurologist yesterday 1/6/03. I told him that I was having a lot of tenderness, soreness, pressure, pain, and numbness under my right eye (of course this is where your sinsus are).I only have this problem under my right eye. My regular doctor thought I was dealing with migraines but the neurologist said that it could be my sinsus. He is sending me to have an MRI run and then I have to see an Ears, Nose, and Throat Doctor. He prescribe Topamax which is an anticonvulsant for the headaches usually this drug is used for migraines but I called him today and he said that due to the numbness it could be a nerve problem and Topamax helps with this and sinsus headaches too. There is some side effects with this drug but they wear off with in the first week or so. He started me out on a very low dose. The way I am to take it is 1 pill 2 x a day for a week then next week I am to take 2 pills 2 x a day and each week I increase it so that by week for I am taking 8 pills a day. I am to take this until I see him in March. I hope that this helps you. I don't know if you are dealing with the same thing but maybe you should think about seeing a neurologist or an Ears, Nose, and Throat Doctor.
