Hi there, I am new to this board. Actually, I used to be on this board more a long time ago, (course, I can't remember!), and I always forget my password!
Anyways, I was diagnosed with bp about 11 years ago. It's been a long haul, as most of you know. I am currently in a depression state. I quit a "crazy" job last month. It was a home business, and my friend is a financial planner. She also had several pets!!!!!! Crazy, but I finally decided to stop.
Now, I miss her, and the animals. It's funny how you forget the bad stuff when you leave.
Also, another little tidbit (as I enter my nightly manic phase!). My younger brother is an idiot! We're not kids, we're in our 40's. He can't stand the fact that I am on all of these meds, even though I've been healthier emotionally than I have been in many years! We had a coffee house date scheduled last week, and he's convinced that I made up one of my kids being sick, so I wouldn't have to go with him! In the past, yes, I did cancel sometimes, when my depression would take a down turn. However, he is becoming more paranoid than ever! Why does it bother me? Because I love the big lug, and get this, he lives 20 minutes away from me!!
Oh well. Time to pray for him again. A group I used to be involved in says, that when someone is making you mad or upset in any way, pray for them for 30 days. Today is day 4.
Oh well! Hope you all have a pleasant evening!
