Hi!

I am 42 years old and have a question for any fellow ladies in their 40's - have any of you experienced changes in your periods? I was supposed to start last Thursday (I'm usually every 27-29 days) and I had mild cramps from last Wednesday until yesterday with very little bleeding - I also had a heavier period than normal this past May - co-workers mentioned in May that they had similar "whacked out" periods when they entered their 40's -

I also have never had any major problems with my complexion but the past few months I've had zits popping up quite frequently!

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!
