I have had headaches all of my life. Recently, I have started having headaches on my right temple and a stabbing pain right through my right eyeball...I generally get light headness and a "rush" feeling as I get them...I have had a MRI and C-Scan about 6-7 months ago...
I also get panic attacks, but hopefully and prayer fully I have them under control..I have been taking Lexapro for about 2 weeks now and am wearing and Event Monitor for that.
Does ANY one else have these headaches and if so what kind are they? I am going to the neurologist on 2-7-03, for headaches and muscle atrophy in my right leg...ALL of my test's have come back normal, I also have terrible sores in my head and wonder if that could be causing the headaches...
PLEASE let me hear from anyone..

Becki, check out my thread below - the heading reads "Constant eye pain/pressure" or something like that. I am copying this from a reply I just did to a more recent post with a similar topic.
I have a few suggestions for what you can do to try and figure out whats wrong. Hopefully you don't have a cyst in your sinus like I did
Anyway, have you gotten your eyes checked? If one eye is farsighted even slightly, for example, it has to work double-time to merely focus objects. This can cause eye pain and redding/tearing of the eyeball on the affected side.
Another thing to think about, do you have jaw pain or does it feel weird at all? TMJ can cause pain in and around the eye socket as well as pretty bad pain in the temple area.
Only other thing I can think of might be some form of tension headaches. If you have a lot of stress in your neck and shoulder area, it can travel to your head as well. If you think this might be it, try some message or acupuncture. Or go see a chiropractor. Just some suggestions, hope this helps!
p.s. I have been to a lot of doctors about my pain that is similar to yours. Allergists, neurologists, eye-doctors, etc. I know how bad it can be. I would be MORE than happy to help you figure it out and what you should do about it. Clark

Becki, I don't have any suggestions, but I would like to know if you have been able to find out anything about your symptoms. I have had right temple pain for some time now, and just recently it has moved to my right eye also. It isn't unbareble it's more anoying than anything. I also get dizzy spells out of the blue for no apparent reason, but they only last for a few seconds and then they are gone. It's kind of a weird feeling like I had just spun around in circles really fast then sit down and watch the room spin kinda feeling, but like I said it only lasts for a few seconds. I used to have horrible panic attacks to the point I would pass out and get sick. One was so bad I had to call 911 because I thougt I was going to die. In any case I think I have them under control although all this worrying about my head is bound to trigger one. Hope you get feeling better! God Bless!

I also have the same symptoms...eye pain and headache on the right side...I also have an enlarged lymph node on the right side of my neck with ear pain and dizziness. I was told by my doc that my dental problems were causing them and that i needed my wisdom tooth pulled from my right lower side. If you are having any dental problems you may want to have them looked at. Also my doc told me that smoking made these symptoms worse. I have not been able to have my tooth pulled yet and symptoms are just getting worse and more frequent. So I am not 100% sure that having the dental work is the cure. It's just something you may want to check.
Trying to help,
Amy
