Has anyone ever heard of using Listerine as a cure for infection. I have a
tooth that gets infected a lot and bleeds when I brush. I was on
antibiotics twice for it and don't want to keep taking antibiotics so my
dentist suggested rinsing with Listerine. I can't afford to lose that tooth
because it's the only one left on that side, holding up the partial.

rinsing will help if its a gum infection. i the actual tooth gets infected a root canal is the only solution.

try using corsydil mouth wash for gingivitous ,use it about twice a day ,and listerine inbetween

extracted, and the other two capped teeth removed and a partial
made. Also, she said the partial will have NO anchor, but that
fix a dent should work. If not, a surgical implant to hold down the
partial.

infection with anti biotics will take a few days to get into your system ,take some pain killers as well,but pain should ease then.
if its a top partial ,you wont need any fixodent ,as the suction from the roof of the mouth holds the denture there.but if your not confident enough and want to use it ,try it
an implant ,is very expensive ,also not everyone can have implants,you cant while there is any infection there anyway.also your jaw bone will have to be tested to whether your mouth is going to accept the implants

also implants only last aobut 10 years then they have to be replaced
if you go for implants ,look into it thoroughly and ask a lot of questions,before starting treatment,let them re assure you ,that you are suitable for implants otherwise if the implants reject you,i doubt if you get your money back
