I have not been diagnoised...but i was reading the vitamin bible & it said to speed up the healing process take Vit C...& Lysine.
i have never heard of this?
ive been married 20 yrs & have gotten sores down there...dont know what they are but boy..do they hurt! have had this 4X in 20 yrs.
any thoughts on Lysine?

A lot of people swear by Lysine. Its all personal choice and preference. I do believe there was recently a study that found it didn't have any effect. I say if it works for you placebo effect or not go for it.

I have not been to my gyno in 4 yrs, so by the time i get my family dr to get me a referal (how stupid is that)?:(
the sore willl be healed. do you need an open sore to diagnoise? :confused:

Not in your case. A blood test will work just fine. And a GP can do the test.
