Whenever I have tried to take Omega 3s I have some problem. One brand made me bloated and indigestiony. Another brand (which was supposed to be easy on the stomach) seemed to effect my sleep. Another brand seemed to actually make my systolic blood pressure go up. Now I know that's definintely not supposed to happen. Fish oil is supposed to help blood pressure. But I swear as soon as I stopped taking it I noticed a drop in my systolic. With the exception of the brand that affected my sleep, I think the other problems may be related to me processing the fat that's in them? Anyone else have any negative side effects with Omega 3s?? I really would like to find one that works for me.

Yes, they gave me rapid heart rate /palpitations, and upset my stomach. I cannot take them.

I can not take it either. I thought it was because I have a shellfish allergy. It would make sense.
