Hi Guys! I thought this might help some of you out there. It's kind of weird, and maybe it's just all in my head ;) but there's no other explanation.
About 2 days before it's about to rain or snow, I get a headache until the rain or snow actually comes down - then it goes away. Maybe it's something to do with air pressure systems, but it's like clockwork. So if you ever need to know about the weather, gimme a call!
This doesn't solve anyone's headache problems, but at least it might help you find out why you're having headaches - so next time you have a headache, check the weather forecast or wait and see if it rains or snows.

Barametric pressure changes if a common cause for headaches in lots of people. There is nothing at all unusual about that. When I had severe sinusitis before I could always tell when a weather change was coming d/t the change in barametric pressure causing a sinus headache for me.

whenever a storm front comes in weather it be snow or rain the change in the barometric pressure kills me. I suffer from migraines and I get the worst possible ha at this time. I can also feel it in my knee that has arthritis so I can relate to what you are saying.

I also get headaches which are pretty bad when the weather changes. There's a storm coming here and my head is pounding already. I'll be glad when the storm comes and goes -- maybe my head will get better then.
I thought I was the only barometer around!

I hear ya. My head started pounding yesterday. Does anyone just get so fricking tired of medicine? Either it makes you drowsy or sick to your stomach or it doesn't work at all. My favorite one is the med that makes you hungry. It's just like you start to expect something bad with every new medicine the doctor gives you. When will it all end??? :round:

Try doing a search under "Ophthalmoplegic migraine" and/or "Ophthal migraine." After suffering most of my life with migraines, I got fed up not knowing what type they were (cluster headaches, sinus only, premenstrual, etc.) and eventually came across some information I could finally relate to.
Good Luck!
