I recently had my doctor check my Vit D level and it came back waaaaaay high (we did the 1,25 Dihydroxy) - 150 (range 22-67 pg/uL). I do not take Vitamin D supplements. I am 36 weeks pregnant, remember to take my prenatals maybe 3 times a week, drink maybe a glass of milk a day, if that...basically nothing in my diet that is highly concentrated with D that I eat a ton of. And I live in MN, so sunshine right now is not something I get a lot of! (which is why I thought we should check for a deficiency). I do have auto-immune thyroiditis. We are waiting on results of a re-test, but I'm kind of scared because the labs were done at Mayo - would hope Mayo isn't making lab errors like that!
Anyway, anyone know what the heck this is?! I'm kind of scared, especially of the effects on my baby...
