I have Hsv-2 antibodies, does that mean that I definatly have HSV-2 in my system ,since I have never had any symptoms or does it mean it resides in me ?Could I have not just killed off the infection when it first entered my system therefore the antibodies would always be present in my system? Is there a definate test to find out if live and active HSV2 exists inside the body?

If you've tested positive for HSV2, then you have the virus. The anitbodies only build up in reaction to the virus being present, regardless of whether you have ever shown syptoms.
You must be sure to inform all sexual partners of your HSV status, and practice safe sex.
