Hi.
I'm new here, though I've lurked for a bit. I wanted to weigh in on oxygen therapy. After reading about h202 and oxygen, <removed>, i decided to give it a try.

<removed> You have to dilute the h202 in water (non chlorinated!) or juice or even milk. I have always had to take Valtrex for the past several years and after day 2 of taking the drops (you also have to gradually increase drops), I haven't had to take Valtrex in 2 weeks. <removed> I am still getting tingling, but no OBs and no Valtrex. For me, that is huge.

<removed>

Yes, it can make you nauseous, but you also need to take it on an empty stomach. Don't drink it without diluting it. I really think this is very helpful, and I pray it can lead one to be at least OB free, if not virus free.

Lysine used to help me at one time, but not so much in the last year or so. I'm divorced, with 2 kids, so I haven't slept very well in the last year, and I noticed the OBs were worse (at least, the need to take valtrex was far more regular). I'm really hoping this h2o2 stuff can help in a long term way.
