I was just wondering what are some of the signs of Kidney problems?
Because I've been having this weird back pain, like where my Kidneys are these past few days, it comes & goes, and hurts alot, sometimes it makes me feel nauseated too.

This actually sounds a bit like kidney stones (but I'm no expert).

Depending on what type of kidney problem you are talking about, there aren't always signs. Things like high blood pressure and high blood levels of urea and creatinine are signs of diabetic nephropathy, but you need these to be checked either through regular bp monitoring or through blood work.

Yeah, I would suggest a full blood workup and soon. Pain in that area can be serious. Don't forget to tell the doctor all that you are experiencing. Make a list to carry into the office with you. It helps me a great deal.
