How do you know if a med is causing side effects or if it is just your own stupid brain causing the problems? What I mean is, I've been having so much anxiety and restlessness that I just bite my lips raw (that is what I do when nervous). I have heard that this could be from the abilify. I kind of want off it. Help!

I didn't take it yesterday but have taken it tonight. I'm not so sure that was a good idea. :confused:

Well, my pdoc still hasn't called me back yet (she was supposed to call me last thurs). I am upset and frustrated.

I have just been thinking so much lately about how I'm not the same person that I was before. I worry about my future so much. I can't seem to be successful in school and can barely work 10 hours a week. What the heck am I supposed to do? I'm going to go cry now

Hi Llama: Keep calling your Doc. Look into side effects of the med your on. How much do you take? It may take awhile. It may need to be upped or it might not just work in your system. I have to take my zoloft at night.
