I am 68 yrs. old and have every one of my teeth, a fact that I'm proud of.
I go to the dentist on a regular basis and just within the past few weeks had teeth cleaned and x-rays. Everything OK. I have been experiencing a wierd thing with pain in my gums, not at the tooth site but up further in the gums. The pain comes and goes and is not terribly severe, just quite uncomfortable. Heat makes it hurt more and ice on it helps. I had this going on some months ago in a different area of my mouth but it finally went away. It was in a different area previously so I don't think it has anything to do with my teeth as this is a totally different location. This has been going on for two days and maybe it will go away like it did before. Just wondered if anybody else had experienced this.
