Just one more question for you ;) I have an appointment to have 5 teeth extracted along with preparation for a bridge and crowns.
What can I expect as far as the pain goes...and healing?

i actually had 5 teeth pulled about 6 months ago.. the pain is pretty bad after the numbness goes away.. my advice would be to take a few pain killers before the numbness goes and try to fall asleep!! the healing process.. well the first 2 days are the worst.. after that the pain goes away.. you wont be able to eat solid foods comfortably for about 3 weeks!! having 5 pulled leaves the big holes in your gums.. the healing process when the holes are gone is about 6 weeks. i would suggest eating apple sauce and stuff of that sort.. gargle salt water after you eat every time!!! good luck
