Hi, my husband is a diabetic,type2,and has peripheral artery disease. He ahd a stent placedin his right leg last February, the stent is right above the knee in his popliteal artery. Anyway, back on December 23, he was kneeling, stood up, and felt a popping sensation, to make a long story short, the stent reblocked at the end, and the dr. lasered it open on December 31st. He still has a tingling sensation and some pain in his toes on that foot. Does anybody have any idea what this could be? He had no problems with the foot or toes prior to the stent blocking. He wants to ask his dr. for some medicine as the problem is annoying. Anybody have any similar stories,or ideas as to what this could be? Thanks.
