I have been having terrible shooting head pains in my temples. They usually only last for a few second but sometimes last for an hour. I also feel as though i am in a dream state all the time.I recently had an ear infection and pneumonia but they seemed to have been cured. The only illness i can identify right now is swimmers ear witch doesn't go away. I recently had a ct scan and a sinus x ray but both came out neggative. I also have swollen lyphnodes on the back of my neck that have been there for over a month. I cant drive and have troubles working. Please help me.

Try more tests see an ent? or a nero? could be a number of things, ice pick headaches? and also anxiety maybe? you ben through alot bless you..
