Hi buffy,

Stop smoking.

In times of accidents, sickness and surgical procedures along with daily maintenance, we need all the healthy blood we can get.

Smoking depletes the oxygen in your blood. Oxygen is NEEDED to help the body's blood deliver the needed nutrients that keep organs healthy. The importance of healthy circulation is VITAL in the healing process.

You will heal faster and your body will appreciate your caring for it.

I smoked for fifteen years and have not smoked at all for two weeks plus. Try the new chantax. It is really weird how it works. It is unexplainable....it just does and you just don't think about it and if you do smoke it winds up only being a few drags and tastes awful. It is the only thing that has ever worked for seeing as i like smoking and really did not want to quit to begin with. The only reason I tried it is because i know smoking is bad for me and it cost a lot of money. Almost any walk in or any family doctor will prescribe it to you. We have not even been on it a month. You are supposed to take it for three months....I don't think we will need to because we got past the hard part. Good luck with everything. I am scheduled for a BA on Feb 25th. I am excited and when I starte the chantax I did not know I would be making my want for a BA come true so fast.

I don't think we will need to because we got past the hard part. Congrats on quitting jessy!!! Please take the chantix for the full 3 months, nicotine is a demon and very hard to stay off without help. Good luck!!

Ya think I need to stay on it for the full three months? I do still kind of miss smoking more than want to. It is still really really weird which is to be expected being so new at quitting. It was actually somewhat warm yesterday and normally we would be outside hanging out so we could smoke freely. We did not even go out there. It was like 60 but we would normally be out there calling it warm....I kind of miss smoking.
