I'm not depressed, but I am stressed. I'm tired of this dark cold weather. I want spring and lots of sunshine. I want to drive with the windows down. I also want to never see a doctor again. Am I asking for too much? My family needs to stop demanding so much of me. Not my immediate family my extended one. There I'm sorry, but I had :(to vent

You're not alone in feeling this way about this winter. It is just going on and on. What can you do to keep your extended family from bugging you so much? Doctors are kind of a necessary evil, aren't they?? :(

Hang in there...

Hey sassy. I am glad you were able to vent. Hope it helped and feel free to vent to us anytime!

And I know how you feel. I could go for a good scream right now too.

That is exactly how I feel right now, not depressed but increasingly more stressed and irritated. I cannot wait for the snow to stop flying and the sun to start shining. Come on spring!

It's very dark today and raining. I'm looking forward to my sister coming for a visit tomorrow. She makes me laugh. She works alot so I don't see her as often as I like to. I have to focus on that. I keep hearing that song in my head " here come's the sun It's alright", Do any of you remember it? It played in the 70's. No I'm not hearing things. I'm telling my age Oops!

Ditto that Sassy!! I live in VT and it so sucks. I hate the winter. Now we have rain and it's getting colder which means my stupid drive way is going to be a skating rink and I don't like to skate.

It's only January. Any one living in New England knows very well that we don't have spring we have flipping mud season.

Bellablue There's more of the same weather coming tomorrow. I love Vermont. It's beautiful we use to go up there every fall when my real Dad was alive. The maple syrup was heavenly. Have you heard me scream yet? lol My husband is being such a grump lately I think I'll just hide under the covers for awhile or I could send him to you. No I will keep him. It would be boring without him. Sassy:jester::dizzy:

Hey Sas: I love Maine, but only in the summer. We visit Ogunquit (sp) It is so beautiful there. My son loves the trolley. There's this great place that takes dogs. I have a pug. She's my best friend. Ya know even when your a nasty person and no one wants to be around you, my dog loves me. Sorry your husband is cranky. My husband can be too. But most of the times he is really great. I know all about the lovely weather. I just hope they don't close school. I can't wait for Feb 19th. I'm atta here. Heading to sunny California. How far up in Maine are you? You all get wicked snow.
Well keep in touch, even when your under the covers.

Your right Maine is beautiful in the warmer months. Lewiston is central maine. So when you go to California are you going to say "Hi" to the Governator lol That's what I want to see sunshine. We were going to a concert tonight, but that's out It was at a local church. Contemporary christian. I think I'll go back under the covers and sleep until the storms over. :)

strength99 I like Selah, news boys, point of grace, etc Alot of the Wow 2000 praise music. It makes me feel better. The sun is out today. It's wonderful. My granddaughter will be visiting this coming weekend. She is such a joy. We bought her some candy for valentines, so that should make her happy and hyper.:bouncing: Sassy
