What kind of activities do you do at work? On a computer or phone for many hours thru the day? Stay seated or stand? How do you sleep - back, stomach, or side? Carry any large bags on your shoulders - laptop, etc.?
Do you have past health problems that may be resurfacing?

I am a bar manager. I spend most of my time running around. I only spend about an hour a day on the computer. This all started happening a few days after experimenting with magic mushrooms for the first time. Since then I havent touched the stuff and do not do any other drugs. Could this be the problem?

Do you get enough sleep/rest?
I'm sure the shrooms didn't cause your problem, else I would have been there too. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wink.gif
I'm sure you could use some relaxation, and some good bodywork. Go see a massage therapist. You are definitely overworking your body, especially upperbody muscles around your neck and shoulders. Certain muscles of these areas can cause headaches around your temples.
Also, see an MD if nothing gets better, or see him first if you feel you need to. Just try getting some bodywork first before having to mask the pain and headaches with some kind of drug.

You mention the asthma problems and yet you work in a smoked filled enviroment so that could be part of your problem. Be sure are taking a good multivitamin and an antioxidant supplement to keep your immune system healthy. For the asthma you need to try using more enviromentally friendly cleaners as many of the harsh cleaners can cause more asthma problems. If you are taking pain meds regularly for your headaches try not using them for a while as you could be suffering from rebound headaches.
