For the past week or so, I've had constnat migrains that have lasted ALL day, from the time I wake up, until I go to sleep. They are almost unbearable, especially all day at work.
In addition to the migrains, I've been feeling dizzy and almost lightheaded. I've tried painkillers, but nothing even alleviates the mildest of cases.
What coudl it be from, and does anyone know of anything to help. I can't be dealing with this any longer, it's unbearable.
At first I thought it was due to my extremely high stress job, but it lasts way after work is over.
ALl inputs are appreciated. RIght now I have a horribly bad one too :( *sigh* jut never go away for anything.

Go see your doctor so that he/she will prescribe a rx. Over the counter meds are not strong enough for migraines.
Make sure you mention to your dr if you are experiencing any of the following:
sensitivity to bright lights (florecent) and/or sunlight
seeing stars & flashes (sort of like a flash bulb flashed in your face)
stiff neck
tingling in hands and/or feet.
There are loads of other "auras". Use Google to search them out.
Keep a migraine calander.
