I went to the doctor last yr to see if I was getting headaches because I needed glasses. It turned out my vision was fine. But they gave me glasses with only a glare reduction in the lenses for when i'm on the computer. Well, my headaches have been far and few between the last yr. But recently, about a month ago, I have one almost everyday and they usually last most of the day. It's not even as painful as a minor headache. But it is still discomfort there. It hurts sometimes when I move my eyes around in a circle. And usually the pain is right above them like between my eyes and my eyebrows or it's right in back of my eyes. It's never anywhere else like my forehead or the back of my head. I can't figure out what the problem is. It doesn't change anything when I wear my glasses either. I was thinking of maybe going back to the eye doctor to see if maybe I really do need glasses now and that's what's causing the headaches? Does anyone else have any other suggestions? Thanks
If you are having daily headaches that last all day (even if the discomfort is minor), then a trip to your primary care doctor or neurologist is in order. I'd suggest holding off on seeing your eye doctor until you find out what your primary doc or neuro has to say.

Could be bad allergies creating sinus pressure. Ask your doctor if that could be the case and if so, he can prescribe you an allergy medication. I take Allegra. You can also buy Claritan over the counter now, as well as generic types, and Benedryl. I have sinus headaches all the time, and it feels like pressure behind my eyes. It can get pretty bad sometimes, especially in the Cincinnati climate.

To help eliminate the sinus headaches and pressure be sure you are using a good antioxidant supplement along with your multivitamin to help keep your immune system healthy. I used to have chronic sinus problems and needed antibiotics 3-4 times a year but have been free from sinus problems for over 4 years since starting the antioxidants.

That's very interesting, mlgable! Can you tell us what kind of antioxidant you use? (type, brand, etc). I can use all the help I can get, myself!
