I had endometriosis in my late 30's when a doctor told me that the only cure was age and time I waited it out. I went thru menopause at 45 and as I got older the endrome. got easier and less painful. Not totally sure but from what I know endrometriosis has to do with the blood flow and if it isnt there I dont believe it can build up....hope that helped. Chris

Hi,
I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago for endometriosis thinking this would take care of the pain I was in. It did for a short time then it returned. I understand now that half the surgeries done for this don't take care of the problem, and I just happen to be one of the lucky ones. I did a lot of research and found that by giving up sugar and white flour it took all my pain away. It wasn't overnight but I stuck with it and the pain did go away. I can not go back to sugar and white flour without the pain returning, but I am used to it now. For me it was the best thing I ever did. Hope this helps. Julie:)

Started a new thread with this post, with reference to the original thread. Please do not reply to a 1-year-old thread. It really slows down the server. Thank you.
